CubLearn is committed to protecting your privacy and your child's privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal necessary information: parent email for account registration, child's name and age group for personalizing learning content. We do NOT collect sensitive personal information from children.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to: provide age-appropriate content, track learning progress, send new lesson notifications (if subscribed). We do NOT sell or share information with third parties.
3. Data Security
Data is encrypted and securely stored on Firebase (Google Cloud). Only parents can access their children's data.
4. COPPA Compliance
CubLearn complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Accounts are created by parents; children cannot self-register. Minimal data collection for children (display name and age group only).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: view, edit, or delete your and your child's data at any time. Export learning data. Permanently delete your account.
