By using CubLearn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree on behalf of your child.

2. Service Description

CubLearn is an interactive learning platform for children ages 4-12, including educational games, lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking tools. The service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian (age 18 or older). You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Children may not create accounts on their own.

4. Rules of Use

You agree not to: - Use the service for illegal purposes - Attempt unauthorized access to our systems - Share content inappropriate for children - Interfere with the normal operation of the service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on CubLearn (lessons, games, images, audio) is owned by CubLearn. You may use the content for personal learning purposes only and may not copy or redistribute it.

CubLearn complies with COPPA and child protection regulations. We do not collect sensitive personal information from children, do not display advertisements, and do not allow communication between users.

7. Limitation of Liability

CubLearn is provided "as is". We strive to ensure content is accurate and safe, but we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
